A trio of squirrels has moved into the big tree just outside our dining room window and they are quite entertaining. The boys and I have decided to call them Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.

How cute are those guys?!? Did you make the lasagne roll ups yet, they look good! Let me know.
Kelly - I did make the roll ups. We thought they were good but needed more sauce so they wouldn't be dry since there's no sauce inside. Next time I'm really gonna pour it!
