- I am a stay at home mom to two boys adopted from Russia in November 2007. We went from a family of two to a family of four overnight. Alex and Zachary sure keep us on our toes! Hubby is also currenty deployed so I'm temporarily a single mom. Boy is that alot of work!

Hey Karen, thanks for your comment on my marinated pork tenderloin! I usually cook my meat on low until it's done. I know that's random, but each croc pot will cook things a little differently. Usually 6 hours is good, but just check it w/a fork. When it's falling apart it's done!
